One foggy summer morning, Kiana and I took a boat to Angel Island, in the middle of the San Francisco Bay. We got some sandwiches from the pier and walked up towards the peak. The full view of the Bay was mostly obscured by clouds, but an occasional gap in the mist allowed me to take a good panorama. The view on the ferry ride back was stunning—thick clouds slowly rolling over the hills, changing their shape every second.
